These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://getrelationshipos.com (the "Website") and any related services, content, webinars, trainings, coaching programs, and communications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Kevin Pasco LLC, doing business as Relationship OS ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. The Services
Kevin Pasco LLC provides educational and coaching content, including but not limited to free live webinars, recorded trainings, written content, and paid 1-on-1 or group coaching programs related to relationships and personal development.
The Services are educational in nature and are NOT a substitute for licensed therapy, psychological counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or any form of professional treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, relationship abuse, or any condition requiring professional care, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Account Registration and Webinar Sign-Up
To register for a webinar or coaching call, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By submitting your phone number through our registration form and affirmatively checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Kevin Pasco LLC / Relationship OS at the number provided.

  • Message types: webinar confirmations, reminders, replay links, follow-up offers, and related communications.

  • Frequency: message frequency varies; approximately 4–8 messages per webinar cycle.

  • Costs: message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe.

  • Help: reply HELP or email [email protected].

  • Consent: is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Carriers: are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you purchase a paid coaching program or other paid Service:

  • All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are charged in the currency specified at checkout (typically U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars).

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

  • Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the specific refund policy presented at the time of purchase. Free webinars and trainings are not subject to refund.

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST/HST or PST where required.

6. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services — including text, video, audio, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, and software — is the property of Kevin Pasco LLC or its licensors and is protected by Canadian, United States, and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content

  • Create derivative works based on the content

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services

  • Record, screen-capture, or redistribute live trainings or coaching sessions without express written permission

  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users, coaches, or staff

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

  • Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin Pasco LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
No Guaranteed Results. Coaching, training, and educational content is provided to inform and support your personal growth. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of your relationship, marriage, or personal development.
Not Therapy. As stated in Section 2, the Services are not therapy or professional mental health treatment. Kevin Pasco is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Pasco LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, relationships, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kevin Pasco LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, administered under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) or, if unavailable, the ADR Institute of Canada. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.


You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vancouver, British Columbia, to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kevin Pasco LLC.

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.

  • Language. These Terms are drafted in English. If translated, the English version controls.
